Three looks to add to your spring wardrobe Wishlist

Loaded with confidence, this season’s favourite trends have got the staying power to carry over into spring, summer and beyond.
Pink has been topping the style charts for a year now and is showing no signs of slowing down, while athleisure has a bold new look, and is drawing from different sports and events for inspiration. We’ve been patiently waiting for the 80s trend to come into its own, and now it has, albeit with a slightly sleeker take on the decade’s boxy silhouettes.
Find your favourite below. Like them all? Well that’s ok too.
The power of pink
So impressive is millennial pink’s stronghold, that it’s garnered its fair share of think pieces, and a few stories from us, too. But even more so, it’s extended its reach and now refers to a spectrum of hues. For maximum impact, colourblock a few different shades.
Back to the 80s
We suspected the return of 80s fashion a few seasons back and have been waiting patiently for it to hit the runways ever since. Workwear favourites like belted trenches, pinstripes and paper-bag waists are back with a flourish to refresh your workwear look. Think Melanie Griffiths in Working Girl – white Reeboks and all. Update the look by putting your own spin on the deconstructed shirt.
Sports Day
Olympian colours, motifs and prints are taking first place when it comes to carrying our love for athleisure from winter to spring. Jackets and sweaters in bold primary colours are feeling super fresh for right now, especially when combined with other sports-inspired separates, like the pleated skirt in metallic shades.
