Contactless Delivery
Superbalist drivers + Pickup Point staff have been instructed to not make physical contact with any customers + keep a safe distance at all times. Packages will be placed on a surface indicated by our customers, the driver or staff member will then back away and allow the customer to pick up their package themselves. Our drivers + Pickup Point staff will also now sign for packages on behalf of customers.
