HEAD OF GROWTH

  • Purpose of the role:

JUNIOR STYLIST
  • Purpose of the role:
  • The Junior Stylist is responsible for assisting the Stylists with on shoot preparation and managing shoots according to company style guidelines.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Create and style inspiring, on-brand, on-trend outfits for approximately 40 products per day, including all accessory and jewelry options which will entice customers and showcase product range.
  • Present styled rail to Catalog Styling Manager for approval on a daily basis. Should have minimal changes and little product repetition. Proficient in Fashion styling, Kids and Apartment styling experience advantageous.
  • Provide support and guidance to on-set team; including Stylist Assistants, Photographers and Models to deliver imagery that accurately depicts product and is styled according to Superbalist house standards.

  • Monitor own reshoots and coordinate as required. Communicate workflow status and concerns to the Catalog Styling Manager and Studio Manager and update the Shooting Calendar accordingly.
  • Continuously evaluate poses, product representation and editorial/retail landscape to ensure Superbalist is the leader in online styling. Work with other members of the Production team to ensure the photo studio, sets, props and equipment are tidy and organized at all times.

  • Purpose of the role:
  • Seeking a highly motivated, hardworking individual to assist our fast paced, demanding production studio in managing stock to and from the warehouse as well as the management, distribution and control internally.
