strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities but not limited to:

Inbound Ordering System:
● Lead product development for inbound ordering capabilities including PO
management, supplier confirmations, and goods-in workflows.
● Partner with Operations and Planning to streamline stock flow from supplier to
warehouse, reducing lead times and improving accuracy.
Catalogue Management:
● Own the product catalogue capability covering product setup, attribute management,
content publishing, and taxonomy.
● Drive improvements that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and support fast
time-to-site for new ranges.
Stock Management:
● Deliver features that give the business real-time visibility into stock levels, allocation,
and availability across channels.
Pricing Tool:
● Own the pricing capability including dynamic pricing rules, promotional pricing,
markdown management, and competitor monitoring.
● Work with the Offers team to iterate on pricing configurations and run pricing
experiments with measurable outcomes.

● Drive improvements to payment conversion through A/B testing, UX optimisation,

● Work with logistics and operations to improve on-time delivery rates, SLA adherence,

● Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, delivery, and iteration using agile
methodologies.
● Mentor PMs and contribute to product culture and ways of working across the team.
● Communicate roadmap progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders from
operations teams to senior leadership.
● Own clear KPIs and measurable outcomes across your product domains; whatever
the team prioritises should move the needle on a defined metric.
● A well-maintained, communicated product roadmap that is aligned to business
priorities and delivered consistently.
● Demonstrable business impact from shipped product work, evidenced through data
and reported regularly to stakeholders.
● A high-functioning, aligned squad that understands what they are building and why.
