As our part of the world begins to tilt steadily towards the sun and we gear up for the Spring/Summer season, the final days of winter can only mean one thing - giving your favourite wardrobe heroes a final run. Subjective and personal, your go-to winter item can be anything from subtle to dazzling.

So we’ve asked some peeps in the Superbalist team to let us know how they’ll be bidding farewell to winter with an item they simply couldn’t do without throughout the season.

Whether it's winter basics, a new discovery, or a style tip from a friend, these are the items the Superbalist team was loving this winter.

"There really is nothing better than a cosy scarf to warm you up during the frosty winter months. As a true blue Taurus, anything that resembles comfort I naturally gravitate to. I mean, it is in essence a little blanket for your neck - what's not to love! A true must-have in my books."

“I’m loving this item because of the versatility a puffer jacket brings. It's a play on a basic winter staple that's evolved into a streetwear signature.”

“Sometimes I don't get enough time to properly fix myself in the morning, so slapping on this Kangol bucket hat is a great way to avoid morning hair rust.”

“My must-have is this Niacinamide serum from local skincare brand, Skin Functional. This little magic bottle helps improve the appearance of blemishes and pores, and after a few weeks of using it, my skin not only feels healthier but looks clear and even.”

“Besides keeping me warm on a windy or cold day. It’s a great accessory to complete my outfit. It adds texture and going for a bold colour option can make my outfit more exciting.”

Since Gen Z has decided that skinny jeans are out, I’ve been rocking the Superbalist Axel loose tapered jeans in indigo. Dark-coloured jeans can be both casual and formal. Having them tapered gives that trendy Y2K-esque vibe.”

“No matter the season, wide-leg trousers are my eternal style staple. I love how versatile they are, plus they’re so much more comfortable than jeans. And in winter, comfort is key. “

“The winter sun is still the sun, so I always carry a pair of sunglasses with me. I believe in their power to elevate and enhance any look.”

“A dress is usually my go-to outfit for day-to-day life, even in winter. I love that this dress features a high neckline and a longer length to keep me warm in the winter months.”
