LESSONS IN SELF-LOVE WITH THICK LEEYONCÉ

To be a fan of Thick Leeyoncé is to be a fan of yourself. Ok sure, someone called Kanye may have went with that sentiment first, but it only takes about five minutes of being in Leeyoncé's presence to elevate your appreciation for her, and yourself. 

Lesego "Thick Leeyoncé" Legobane loves herself, fiercely and unapologetically, and she wants the world to feel the same. So much so that she works with the Department of Education to teach students about self-confidence, self-love and self-acceptance. When she's not inspiring the youth and shaping a future free of societal pressures, she works as a photographer and a fashion designer. Oh, and she has hundreds of thousands of Instagram fans to effortlessly entertain with her signature combination of humour and sensuality.

These are her tips for loving yourself: 

1. Fake it until you make it
2. Don't listen to other people's opinions of you
3. Be patient with it, self-love takes time
4. Surround yourself with positive energy

And she signs off saying that:
