We've made mention of in-demand stylist to the rich and famous Monica Rose before. If the latest round of her clients' on-point street style looks are anything to go by, she will continue to indirectly influence the style set for a while to come. Case in point: Gigi Hadid, a client you may have heard of, recently stepped out in a combo as casual as it is killer. You, however, will not need Miss Hadid's supermodel budget to rebuild Monica's perfect long weekend outfit - all you need are these 3 easy steps and a handful of our favourite pieces.

Start with a hoodie.
Elevated to must-have status by the return of sportswear-adjacent streetwear, the hoodie is the new basic tee. Start collecting in red, navy, white and black for a steady winter style foundation.
Add on a denim jacket in black or a worn-in blue.
Denim really never goes anywhere, and it's currently enjoying some extra time in the sun as it breaks new ground in the world of luxury thanks to designers like OFF-WHITE'S Virgil Abloh. Distressed or crisp, denim will get the job done.
Finish with boots and leggings, or other weather appropriate bottoms.
You can double up on the denim in a matching colour and wash to create a casual co-ord look, or up the ante with printed jeans or patterned pants. Choose boots to match and you've weatherproofed your weekend.
