Are you ready to get your sweat on? Whether you're working on your New Years resolution to get more into shape or just love working out, the best way to go into a workout is with a cute outfit. When heading out to the gym or out for a run, the best outfit is one made with exercise, practicality and style in mind. Yes, you can wear Sweatpants to workout in, but they aren't really ideal as they were made more for lounging than working out, despite what their name suggests. The best option is to wear tights. Tights are great to keep your legs protected and warm while you exercise. Whether you're running, skipping, dancing, weightlifting or doing yoga, tights are perfect for you and your workout wardrobe.

Running rights are typically made from lycra or compression fabrics, and help keep you sucked in as you complete your high impact workout. Find running tights women will love from major sports brands like adidas, Nike, PUMA and Reebok. When doing more low impact workouts like yoga, you can opt for softer fabrics. A pair of yoga tights from Cotton On, MOVEPRETTY, Factorie and our label Superbalist is perfect for this. If full length leggings aren't your thing, why not give short tights for women a try? Short tights are perfect for those hot summer days where you want to get a workout in but don't want to be boiling in a pair of full length leggings.
