Drapey vest in blue

This double layer vest has a beige inner ribbed vest and the outer drapey layer is aqua blue viscose lycra. The outer layer has three panels and is drapey and longer in the back. It is easy fitting and very comfy to wear. Looks great with leggings or skinny jeans.
