Frankie Gathered Blouse - Olivia Floral Blue

This top isn’t designed well. It’s cute but doesn’t set well. I even tried a smaller size thinking it was too big but it set the same. Constantly falls off the shoulder & rides up. Not worth it at all even on sale!
