Flounced blouse - white

Blouse in woven fabric made from a lyocell blend. Features a frilled collar and a V-shaped opening with spaghetti ties at the front. Wide flounces around the neck that meet and continue down the front. Long sleeves with a button and layered flounces at the cuffs.
