A heel Air Zoom unit is combined with a plastic plate and rubber cage in the heel to give you stability while lifting weights.

Cushioning under the forefoot and heel helps soften the impact of your workout. The heel Air Zoom unit is combined with a soft foam midsole to help keep you comfortable, from the gym to wherever your day takes you.
