Fuse 3.0 Wn's - Puma White-Puma Black

These shoes do just what they say they will. I feel super grounded and have been able to lift heavy without any discomfort. They have also performed well in a general CrossFit class, don't want to run long distances, but great for short ones.

Looks great! Had to size up a little. Harder shoe than Fuse 2.0. But all shoes need to be broken into a bit. Love it for strength training
