You can improve customer service. Its very poor, non informative and doesn't help at all. They all say the same thing but nothing really gets solved and some aren't very friendly. You explain your issue and they make it sound like you don't know what you'
It is not true to size. It is a UK 6. I am a UK 6 but it looks like it is one size bigger. I'm walking around looking like big foot.
I'm in love with this vans ,it is the best vans ever had ,superbalist never disappoint.
