I’ve rated this low due to poor service. The shoe itself is nice, but I’ve had to exchange it twice because the wrong size keeps being sent. Despite confirming a size 4, I keep receiving a size 5. I’ve reordered again, still waiting.

I ordered a UK4 was delivered a UK 5. Exchanged it and again received a UK 5 instead of UK 4. Gave up and asked for a refund only to be charged for the courier fee on Superbalist’s error.
