Very comfortable, good quality!

I requested for an exchange and it was approved. Then later canceled to a refund, but my boots were never fetched on the date they were supposed to. I never received any email regarding rescheduling or delays.

I think one of the boots has a fault somewhere although I can’t really figure out where exactly but it makes this blowing out sound by the heel when I walk.
