Cozy 4 slipper boot - black

The size 5 seems to be bigger than a usual size 5 so it didn't fit and I had to return the boots.

I normally wear size 5/39 & it is recommended to take boots a size bigger. In my case I think the boot is too big (although all my Ugs are a bigger size). Didn't want to change it for smaller size incase it wouldnt fit. Walked along a rough path yesterday

The quality is excellent BUT size is too big. When can I expect the exchange?!
