Had the boots for less than a week both heels are loose... very disappointed

Very big fit. Not true to size

The rain boot is very comfortable and unique in terms of style, there is a BUT though which is if only it could accommodate ladies who have big legs as the zip keeps falling down up until a certain point whereby the zip broke and I had to return the shoes
