Collar blacker jacket - black

THE QUALITY WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL. I LITERALLY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND WHEN I OPENED IT THERE WAS STRING HANGING FROM THE FRONT OF THE JACKET. NOT GOOD AT ALL. VERY DISAPPOINTED. SENT IT BACK THE NEXT DAY FOR A REFUND.

I did not receive this order. I was told it was delayed after the initial waiting period and that it was sent to the incorrect warehouse. You then passed over the consequences of your mistake to me by cancelling my order with no reason given.
