Not true to size. The item was way too big for me.

I ordered a size 10, received a size 14 (38). I asked for a return and ordered the 10 again. Again the 38 was delivered. I then returned it for a refund. I was disappointed with the incorrect sizing, but I have a new faith in the returns and refund proces
