the fabic in the second tier was not sewn properly, i have a seam in the front of the dress that looks odd since its not in line with the other seams, i have not worn the dress and would like to return it but my helper has thrown out the original packagin

How many times do I have to rate the poor service I recieved when placing my order. I DID NOT receive the dress!
