Button through kaftan dress - multi

i didnt receivee the dress. Incorrect dress was sent.

It was too big and I could not get a smaller size.. alas!

I love everything about this except the sizing. I have tried a size 14; 12; 8 and I can wrap all of them around myself. The only thing that seemed to get smaller was the cut of the neck. I realise it is a kaftan and should be loose, but each size shoul
