Dropping off and picking up items at a certain pick up point is a nightmare. Employees unprofessional and not doing their job.
The pants are of an amazing quality. With regards to the sizing, I would recommend buying one size smaller than usual as the cuts are bigger. I am normally an XL but with these, I actually needed an L.
