Smokey Eye Mascara builds volume lash by lash. (Other volumizing formulas tend to just create the illusion by clumping lashes together.) A thick brush base evenly combs through lashes from roots to ends, while a tapered tip grabs small, hard-to-reach lashes. Long-Wear Makeup Remover thoroughly dissolves it without irritating sensitive eyes.

How To Use:
Brush Smokey Eye Mascara onto lashes and let dry. To remove, shake Instant Long-Wear Makeup Remover well. Deposit on a cotton pad and gently wipe over eyes or massage into lashes. Rinse off with warm water.
