Terrible mascara. It smudges after an hour or two and makes you look like a raccoon. Not buildable, feels clumpy. Almost as if it’s old? Would not recommend.
Dry mascara. You can’t get anything on the wand, it’s like it’s empty. Probably old or used mascara. I don’t recommend
