How to use:
Expert Application Technique. For a natural effect, apply one base coat and one colour coat of Double Extend Mascara to your upper lashes. Then apply only the colour coat to your lower lashes. For a dramatic effect, apply several layers of white base coat to your upper lashes. Next, add a layer of colour. For lower lashes, apply a single base coat and colour coat. Removes easily with soap and water.
