Raven backpack - tan

I was given two straps for the bag, after the first day use the one strap broke so I put on the second provided which also broke on second use at same place the clasp. The bag still looks good but what is the point of having a bag that you can’t carry ove

Love the color. Although it is relatively Cheap I am Not sure about the quality.
