Twice a wrong size was sent to me No happy at all as this was my first purchase. Now I have to make a refund

I bought the product in my usual size, but it was too small. I wanted to exchange it, but no larger sizes became available, so I had to return the product. I'm a bit dissapointed, because I loved the sneakers... But I'll continue supporting Superbalist.
