This was a ladies no 9 and a men's no 8. Returned product and received money back.

It wasn’t even what I informed the shoe looked nothing like the picture and it was a woman’s shoe not a men’s. I returned it and got my money back successfully atleast.

My order was cancelled without notifying me why, I had to call to find out from various agents what the problem was, poor customer service
