Collagen is an important protein source, providing the nutrients required for the many processes that take place in muscles and cells. Collagen comprises 30% of the body’s protein content and is the ‘glue’ that holds your body together - it’s the fibrous protein found in organs, eyes, muscles, skin, hair, nails, teeth, bones, blood vessels, joints, tendons, cartilage and throughout your entire digestive system.

Unfortunately, as we age, our bodies produce less collagen, leading to wrinkles, saggy skin, digestion issues, brittle hair and nails, cellulite and joint pain.

Suggested usage:

• In any hot/cold beverage of choice, added to water, juices, smoothies, tea, coffee, soups or baking.
• Hot drinks: Add 1 scoop of collagen and enjoy.
• Cold drinks: Add 1 scoop of collagen to the beverage of choice. Stir vigorously for 20 seconds and let the solution rest for +/-1 minute until clear and fully dissolved.
