Monogram soft bucket hat - black

What I received wasn't the same bucket hat I ordered and yet I'm still waiting for my refund. This is the 3Rd time I'm getting bad service from you people. You are really dropping the ball.

Ordered two items and only received one I was advised that the item has been replaced confirmed the address and was advised to expect within 4days as I have been tracking my order I realized that my order was cancelled no communication they just refunded
