Sagaform: Carafe 1.71L – Pink

Water, wine, cocktails or juice – you decide! Inspired by beads, jewellery and precious stones, designer Ann-Carin Wiktorsson and Sagaform collaborated to design the SPECTRA series. Ann-Carin created this mouth blown carafe with a joyful feel based on purpley-pink tones. Why not go all out with effortlessly elegant tumblers, champagne flutes and wine glasses in matching shades that reflect the colour-play of the carafe? The designs are generous in size which is a feature of the entire series.

Product designer Ann-Carin is a member of Plan 3, a freelance group based in Göteborg, Sweden. She trained at the HDK School of Design and Crafts at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden) and the Royal College of Art (London). Inspired by her passion for food, she created several well-known products for the kitchen. She also designs textiles for homes and public spaces and has experience in production and strategic issues. Finding inspiration and motivation in everyday situations, she works with designs that bring together functional, tactile and visual elements much to the delight of those who use the products.
