Blue Batak, Northern Sumatra Coffee – 250g

Deriving its name from the indigenous Batak people – the original coffee cultivators from the north of Sumatra, the ingredients for this coffee blend are hand-picked and wet-processed using the Giling-Basah method. After picking, the cherries are demiculaged in wooden luwaks (hand-powered mills), while they are still wet. They are then sun-dried and sorted by hand to remove any defects.

A medium-light roast.
