Bought this item twice in 1 week. Within a few hours, I received an email that it was already refunded to me. I don't know what's up with the spblst team for this one

The item on the website was showing available. I placed the order 6 times twice a week with no luck - it was cancelled. I reacheched out to Superbalist and received no joy ????????????

The product was broken and instead of receiving a replacement, I got a refund.
