Long Paring Knife

All Lowry Bladework’s knives are individually hand-made and therefore no knife is exactly the same as the other when it comes down to the small detailing. The blades are made with imported Swedish stainless steel (Sandvik 12C27) and hardened to 60 Rockwell and tempered for flexibility. The knife handle is made from laminated G10 polymer – industrial fibre glass – and is fitted with stainless steel and brass pins. Comes with a branded leather pouch.

Care instructions:

• Knife blade should be cleaned with water, light detergent and a cloth/sponge
• Knife blade is NOT dishwasher safe
• Should not be left to soak in water overnight
