Arrived FILTHY - there are brown marks and tons of squashed dust bunnies all over. The least they could have done was send clean products. Quality is also not great - just a vaccuum clean pulled out the pile of the rug.
I love our new rug, it does look a little scruffy but I'm sure after a good vacuum it will be 5.
I saw a similar product on Pinterest but when I searched South African stores there were none like it until I found it on Superbalist. Very pleased with the quality of the product.
