Flow

Raili Randmaa’s illustrations are at once bright, modern, eclectic and thoughtful. Inspired by the patterns she encountered whilst studying textile design in Estonia, she developed a unique style that also included her love for stripes, dots, monochrome, and pop-art. Taking a spontaneous approach to her art, she tries to go with the flow and often, what flows out is an interpretation of a dream or emotion. And while her pieces often feature minimalist lines, she has a profound talent for expressing stories and feelings on the faces of the people she draws.
