Born and bred in Cape Town, South Africa, Leigh has been living as an illustrator slash graphic designer in Johannesburg for the last 10 years. He admits that after watching Dragon Ball Z in the third grade, he developed a passion for drawing. The TV show inspired him to express himself on his school textbooks and anything else that could be sketched on. Leigh believes that when it comes to illustration, you shouldn’t be limited by genre, medium or convention – the more you practice, the more you discover a technique you can truly own.
