Amnesiac

It’s not unusual nor unjustified for Radiohead to be mentioned in the same breath as other boundary-redefiners like Pink Floyd or Queen. Recorded in the same sessions as Kid A and released just eight months thereafter, Radiohead’s fifth studio LP bears much the same compositional inspiration and a continued over-arching atmospheric chill. Although Kid A is considered to be their opus dei, fans and critics will agree that Amnesiac is also essential listening.
