I was sent a used product. Feathers were sticking out and it looked like it had been washed. The packaging was also dirty with delivery sticks on top of stickers, probably of the previous owner(s).

Heavy feather leakage - and they go all over the house. Best to invest in a vacuum and high thread covers. It also arrived dirty

The duvet smelt like a chicken coop even after airing as per the wash care label instructions. I’ve bought this product before and noted the label does not indicate the fibre content split and now indicates items needs to be aired.

The duvet smelt of a chicken coop from the moment I unzipped the storage bag. Surely those could not have been the promised duck feathers and down. Not at all the quality I expected from either Sheraton or Superbalist. I gave it a one star rating because
