Acacia leaning towel rack - natural

I never received my order. The delivery was four glasses, one of which was broken. I submitted an exchange and was notified that a refund was processed and the product I ordered was out of stock. Terrible service.

Incorrect Item Delivered - TWICE! I received 4 x blue glasses instead of this blanket ladder. I am still yet to receive feedback on whether this item is actually available for purchase...

Not sure if this product even exists. I have tried to order it 3 times and received drinking glasses instead of a towel rack.
