Me & B was founded by mother-and-daughter design duo in February 2018 by Betina Swart and Kelly Gibberd. Betina, with decades of experience working in fashion design, manufacturing and production; teamed up with Kelly, a former retail fashion buyer, to create a brand that celebrates timeless basics, with a nod to global & local trends. Their collections are designed with universal appeal, celebrating femininity for every generation and body shape. Me & B is a rejection of fast fashion where impeccable fit and quality are primary concerns while sustainability guides the pair’s every decision. From the design sketch to the customer, every piece has had undergone a journey from concept to creation and is lovingly made by a team of skilled local women working in Cape Town.
