Waisted cardigan - black

What I ordered is exactly what I have received

I prefer to wash my items before I wear them, however, with this item I have noted discolouration after the first wash. I do not think I will wear this in public as it looks like an old item of clothing although it was recently purchased

Sizing could be better and quality
