Known for his versatility with hip-hop, Afrobeats and R&B, Akio has opened for major artists such as Mobb Deep, Masego, Tom Misch, TLC, Anderson .Paak and more. Internationally, Akio splits his time between the US and Europe playing regularly at events such as Everyday People, Afro GoGo, SXSW and The Connect.
