We took to Instagram stories to ask if you, our beloved followers, preferred “this or that”. The results are in and we’ve put together a few effortless stylish looks – inspired by you and four supreme shades of Luxe Shine. 

What shoes to wear with this classic combo: well-fitting blue jeans, a perfectly soft white cotton tee and the most universally satisfying lip colour, brick red? 87% of you agree that the final piece of this puzzle is a beautiful black heel with a minimal ankle strap. Each of these items are timeless in their own right and versatile enough to pair with anything. But worn together, we’re certain they form a superhero package, complemented best with Super Nova. 

The search for a good nude lipstick that flatters many ends with Bold Honey. A rich golden brown, this glossy shade feels suitably indulgent while being ideal for everyday wear, too. When it came to choosing the right shoe, an overwhelming 80% said you can’t go wrong with white sneakers. And we agree, especially with the addition of a summery shirtdress and tortoiseshell sunnies. 

Making a successful comeback, the deep burgundy of Night Spell is as slick as the 90s and effortlessly cool. We asked you to choose an earring to complement this colour and 58% of you thought that the asymmetric drop earring with a pearl and gold shell made more sartorial sense than the sparkly chandelier pair. For easy summer dressing, add an unfussy black jumpsuit and embellished flat sandals.

And what would best suit Power Lily – a cool-toned pink? Choosing between a tweed clutch and a black bag resulted in a relatively close tie, with 52% of you opting for the black crossbody bag. Balance your a bold lipstick with a minimal handbag, then slide into summer with a printed slip skirt and black cami with sparkly earrings for a look that’s as playful as it is serious.
