A Tretchikoff inspired look book by a Superbalist 100 dream team
Well what do we have here?
Just a super-collab by several members of the Superbalist 100, namely: Lukhanyo Mdingi, whom we photographed and interviewed for our story Minimal Man, and then there's Gabrielle Kannemeyer on art direction and styling duties, whose collage art we featured recently, photography is by Travys Owen, who shot our Loser campaign, hats are by Crystal Birch and makeup by Amori Birch.
Lukhanyo's SS16 Collection, Taintless‘ is based on Oriental aesthetics and features unisex pieces that are made for individuals and not one particular sex. Simple. Clean. Timeless. We love this lookbook with it's shades of blue. And we especially love seeing wonderful people working together.
