Terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the offer.

The offer is available from 05 September 2022 – 30 September 2022. Payflex reserves the right to commence the offer at an earlier date and/or extend the end date at its sole discretion.

For eligible customers making a first-time Payflex purchase of R600 or more at the Superbalist.com online store, Payflex will provide R200 off that purchase. Once applied in the Payflex checkout, the coupon code FLEXALIST will deduct R200 off the total purchase amount. Over and above that, all Payflex shoppers who make an online purchase at the participating merchant during the campaign period will stand to win the value of their cart back.

Eligibility:

1. Subject to the Exceptions below, to be eligible for the R200 off, first time Payflex customers must make a purchase of R600 or more in a single transaction using Payflex Pay Later at the online checkout of the participating merchant’s online store.
2. Eligible customers must select and use the Payflex Pay Later as a payment option at the participating merchant’s checkout.
3. You must be a South African resident, hold a South African Identity Document and be at least 18 years old to be eligible for the offer.

The Offer:

1. Unless otherwise specified in the Exceptions below, Payflex will offer first-time Payflex shoppers R200 off at the participating merchant during the Offer Period.
2. Further to the above all Payflex shoppers who make an online purchase at the participating merchant during the campaign period will stand to win the value of their cart back.

The Prize:

1. There are a total of 8 prizes up for grabs. 2 prizes will be allocated per week, for 4 weeks. Payflex shoppers stand to win the value of their cart back on a single purchase up to a maximum value of R2500. Winners will be determined in a random draw by way of an electronic system. Winners will be contacted directly by a Payflex representative.

Exceptions:

1. The offer is provided by Payflex. Participating merchants are not responsible for providing any discount or prizes associated with this offer.

General Rules:

1. Payflex reserves the right to disqualify any entrants who fail to follow the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions are suspected of engaging in fraud or any entrant who makes any misrepresentation relating to the offer.
2. Payflex is not responsible for any technical failures, malfunctions, problems with or damage to equipment (including but not limited to wireless devices, websites, wireless networks, servers, computer hardware or software) during the Promotion Period or as a result of you participating in the offer.
3. Payflex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, cut short or extend the offer.
4. Payflex’s Pay Later terms apply to the use of Payflex’s products.
