I didn’t get my shoes, I’ve got an empty box, but whenever I try to state my issue and also clarify that it’s either I get my refund or a new pair of shoes I’m getting some sort of threats that if I raise the issue again my account is going to be blocked

It is nice and comfy, and it is the new trending sneaker. I bought them to wear for Christmass

Cute and very comfortable
