One of the many things the pandemic has forced all of us to do is to press pause and get in touch with what’s important - rediscovering and appreciating the little things.We've had more time to do Sunday brunch in the backyard, play dress-up, take walks around the park, or the much-loved everyday catch-up sessions. Although many parents have lost the routines, activities, and human interaction, they have come to know this as the new “normal” and within this crisis, they have an opportunity to discover the joy in seemingly mundane experiences with their little ones. We asked parents to share unexpected moments of mirth, whimsy, or bonding with their kids. Here are 5 of their stories.
